Data is collected through the website's forms, contact emails, telephone or postal mail when you request information or quotes, or when you contract our services.
4. Purposes and Legal Bases
We process your data solely for the purposes set out below, each with its own legal basis:
- Handling your enquiries and requests for information: your consent and the taking of pre-contractual steps at your request.
- Sending you the catalogue you request on the website: performance of the service you have requested yourself.
- Managing your application in recruitment processes: your consent.
- Sending you commercial communications: only if you tick the specific, voluntary box on the form. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Art. 21 of the Spanish LSSI).
- Complying with legal, tax and accounting obligations: legal obligation of the controller.
Ticking the commercial communications box, or not, changes nothing else: your enquiry, your catalogue or your application will be handled just the same.
5. Commercial Communications and Unsubscribing
We will only send you news, catalogues and offers by email if you ticked the specific, voluntary box on the form. As proof of that consent we store the date, the exact wording you accepted and the version of this policy. You may withdraw it at any time, free of charge, using the “Unsubscribe” link included in every communication, at pgsiluminacion.com/baja or by writing to web@pgsiluminacion.com. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand. Your data will remain on the commercial mailing list until you ask to be removed.
6. Data Retention
The data will be retained for the time necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected and to determine any possible legal liabilities. In the case of job applications, CVs will be kept for a maximum of one (1) year for future recruitment processes, unless the data subject requests their deletion beforehand. You may withdraw your consent at any time by sending an email to the address indicated above.
7. Recipients and International Transfers
To manage and receive the data sent through the website's forms, we use Google (Google Workspace and Google Apps Script) services, which act as data processor. This may involve an international transfer of data to the United States, covered by the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission and under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework adequacy framework. We do not disclose your data to any other third party, except where legally required.
